With 17 stories rising 220 feet, the Seafirst Financial Center tower though still under construction, has bow outstripped the 16-story Washington Trust Financial Center tower in height to earn the lofty distinction of tallest building in Spokane. There are three more stories to come. The 20-story tower is scheduled to be topped out at 275 feet the first week of December. This is the north face of the tower viewed from Riverside at Wall. The Seafirst tower ties in number of stories with Park Tower at W217 Spokane Falls Blvd. But because it is an apartment building Park Tower's stories with Park Tower at W217 Spokane Falls Blvd. But because it is an apartment building, Park Tower's stories are all shorter than Seafirst's stories. Park Tower is 177.6 feet tall.
