They've had four fine games for us. Exceptional praise for a group with only four starters returning, a group which includes five juniors and a sophomore.
Several of those good defensive players are seniors, including back Tom Tatherow, and Keller and tackle Keith Sammons, The sophomore and he's performed with excellence to date is guard Jeff Bisson.
In all, the Minutemen start 10 juniors and the single sophomore, plenty material for the future. And, who knows? If Marshall can defeat Cleveland Saturday, this year's team will have arrived and next September may still be winnig poll votes for the 1972 team.
