It's rodeo time again in St. Paul, and reigning over this year's activities July 2-4 are Queen Kimberly Kay Buchanan, 20, of Canby, sitting astride her rodeo horse Den Bars, assisted by Princess Debbie Spencer of Beaverton (standing left) and Princess Deana Sue Van Kell of Hillsboro. Up to 200 entries are expected in the old-fashioned July Fourth parade Monday, that will form at 10 a.m. at the St. Paul High School and move down the community's main street to the rodeo grounds. Awards will be presented at the arena following the parade.
