Unrazed by blitz of free zoogoers Tuesday, Washington Park Zoo's cat popuplation lazed and dozed in thier pits or gazed nonchalantly at passing parade with hazy, glazed expressions. Resting above is A Siberian tiger, below left is a snow leapard and below right glares an African lion. Admission to zoo is free every Tuesday from 3 to 4 p.m. in winter, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. in spring and from 3 to 7 p.m. in summer. Free hours Tuesday were extended because of holidays.
