Many a proud Oregon gobbler and meaty hen survuved the seasonal purge of the pultry yards for last Thursday's Thanksgiving feasts, as will be seen in the next fortnight when curtains rise on two major West Coast turkey shows. The Pacific Coast turkey exhibit at McMinnville will be staged Wednesday through Saturday of this week, following a wartime lapse. At Roseburg, December 8, 12, the 16th annual Northwest turkey show is now being readied.
