The laymen's leadershp training include a study of Portland, it's politics, history, ethno-centric separation and civil state.
We belive the church should be in on things, said Rev Mr Jackson. Ministers now are begging to get involved. They should have been a long time ago and if they are to get involved in the future, they will need good training and background.
When doors open, The Portland branch must have 8 students enrolled in the minister's division and 15 in the laymen's.
