Professor Steve Youngs (left) was kept busy deep frying the smelt. He was assisted by Bill Coughlin, Mount Pleasant, Michigan. They were attending the college's smelt jamboree at which an estimated 4,000 smelt were caught and eaten. Fishing - Fishermen
