Holland's worst floods for four hundred years ... civilians build up the Dyke near Rotterdam: The scene as civilians work at great speed in their efforts to build up the crumbling dykes - fighting against the high winds the ever rising flood waters - during the floods which were said to have been the worst in the Netherlands for four hundred years - floods which threaten to undo the reclamation work of three centuries..
