The Ben Barka Case Ben Barka, the opposition leader of Morocco, disappeared several months ago and most probably was killed. The case will come to the tribunal very soon. Many person involved in that case are still in jail. Marcel Leroy- Finville, Chief of one of the section of the police, was arrested at the time, as he did not informed his superiors of the disparition of Ben Barka. He was released yesterday from jail. OPS: Mr. Marcel Leroy- Finville leaving the jail in his car.
