Caption: PORTLAND, Ore., July 10--JORDAN MAKES WEIGHT--Don Jordan of Los Angeles hits an even 147 pounds, the welterweight limit, at a second weigh-in today for his title bout against Denny Moyer of Portland tonight. At right is Ben Harris chairman of the Portland boxing commission. At the first weigh-in Jordan was a pound and a half over weight. In the next hour and a half he trimmed off the excess by shadow boxing and skipping rope. Moyer weighed 146 1/2.
