Description
Caption: Edith Irving holds a news conference at a gallery in Zurich on Friday shortly after her release from prison. Mrs. Irving said she will seek a divorce from her husband Clifford, whose $650,000 Howard R. Hughes autobiography hoax put her in prison. She plans to pursue a career as a painter to try and repay gigantic financial claims pending against her for her role in the hoax. An exhibition of her paintings is planned this month at the gallery where she spoke.
