Caption: Roy Innis (shown in this '68 photo), the National Director of the Congress of Racial Equality, charged 9/6 that President Richard Nixon, with the assistance of blacks pushing integration, has arrived at a "kind of do nothing, don't-make-waves solution to the school problem." He added that blacks are "being sold out in the integration program.".
