Caption: Dec. 30--CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS--Construction work is near completion on the Austrian pavilion, as it is on the rest of the buildings in Expo '70, which will open March 15, 1970, for six months at a site near Osaka, Japan. The Austrian pavilion has a 140-foot hook-shaped tower from which a 200-ton circular roof is suspended.
