Caption: Pat Moriarty, who owns a restaurant in Sixth Avenue here, demonstrates ease of installing a dummy fire hydrant and making it look authentic, today. Susie, Pat's dog, waiting for her master to finish his work, isn't the only one fooled by the phony plug. Yesterday, doll manufacturer Joseph Baroncini got a summons when his car was discovered parked in front of Moriarty's restaurant while dummy hydrant was in place. Moriarty admits installing the plug to discourage blocking entrance to his restaurant.
