Caption: AFTER RECEIVING DEGREES-- Milton Eisenhower, president of Johns Hopkins University, congratulates British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan after conferring an honorary Doctor of Laws degree on the visiting statesman. Looking on at left is President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Milton's brother, who also received a similar honorary degree. Both the president and Macmillan wear the academic hoods conferred upon them at university commencement exercises.
