Ned Tollinger, master of ceremonies of NBC's Carefree Carnival will be heard for the last time in that capacity next Monday night August 17. He wants to try his hand at producing, and while listeners will miss his voice, he will be the power behind the mike on several important NBC Program. One of radio's most versatile personalities, Tollinger is a cartoonist, painter, photographer, writer and singer, his new job will add another accomplishment to his list.
