Like groups shown above thousands of persons viewing Friday's rose parade will literally be required to toe the line drawn on city streets to prevent damage to floats, some of which were stripped of blossoms last year. Laying down parade honor line are from let, Arthur Rice, Supervisor of Stanton yard; AM Plebuch, general foreman, public works department; Ted Swint, rose parade chairman and FT Fowler and F Cummings, paint machine operator and M Dotson, foreman look on.
