Prize Winner In International Sculpture Competition Announced: Announcement of the final International winners in the International Sculpture Competition - the subject of which was "The Unknown Political Prisoner", was made today at the Tate Gallery. The winner of the Grand Prize (Â£4,525), was Mr. Reg Butler, of Great Britain. Photo shows: This model by Egon Milinkovich, of Italy, won a prize of Â£25.
