21-2-50 Pancake Race at Olney, Bucks for a Pressure Cooker. Two-part Contest America and England - Housewives in Liberal, Kansas and housewives in Olney, Bucks took part in a two-part pancake race today. The race was of 415 and the rule boing on the run. The American race was timed by the British Consul in Kanasa (Mr. Minchin) members of the Junior Chamber of Commerce have sent a suitably inscribed pressure cooker for the English winner with a duplicate boing presented to the American winner. Keystone Photo Shows: The Rev. Bill Wynard, kisses the winner 18 years old Miss Florence Callow at the end of the race at Olney, Bucks today.
