Description

John M. Ellis was recently named by South Central Bell as district manager of the company's Birmingham East-South operations, replacing Todd Strange. In this position, Ellis will supervise business operations in over the mountain communities, according to a company spokesman. He formerly served as manager of South Central Bell's Phenix City operations. Strange has been named district manager for the firm's Montgomery office.
