Birmingham, Alabama Construction. Few people ever see the view of Birmingham these high rise workmen get every day. As they clamber up and around steel structures hundreds of feet above a busy street, they present quite a sight themselves to those below. These workmen in the clouds were captured against the girders on a construction project on 21st Street South.
