What if they gave a council meeting and nobody came? Usually, Tuesday morning Birmingham City Council meetings are bustling affairs, with municipal decision made in front of a crowd of concerned, often vocal citizens. But at other times, it's not exactly a packed house. Such was this week's council get together. Due to a slim agenda and no media people, a couple of required department heads and maybe a citizen or two showed up. Well at least those who came didn't have to fight for a seat.
