ST. LOUIS., Jan. 23 -- A BIG SMILE -- Joe "Ducky" Medwick flashes a big smile Tuesday as he was told he had been voted into baseball Hall of Fame. This was the last year that Medwick, a one-time St. Louis Cardinal great, could be voted into the baseball shrine at Cooperstown, N.Y.
