Striking Employees of the Kelly Company picket outside the firm's Muskego plant Thursday. About 40 employees of the plant walked out after rejecting a proposed two-year contract, despite the recommendation of their union's bargaining committee to accept it. Increases in health care deductions were a sticking point, said Teamsters spokesman Terry Smith. The sides hoped for a resolution after a cooling-off period. April 2, 1992.
