Security Council ~~~~~~ meeting in Panama City ~~~ars statements by head of Panama Government and by secretary-general: The Security Council this morning began a series of meeting in Panama City, devoted to "Consideration of measures for the maintenance and ~rongthening of informational peace and security in Latin America in conformity with the provisions and principles of the Chariot. At the ~~~~ning meeting, General of Brigade Omar Torrijos Herrora, Head of the Government of Panama, and Security-General Kurt Waldheim addressed the Council. The meeting was opened by the President of the Council ~~uilino E. Boyd (Panama). General Torrijos, Head of the Government of Panama, addressing the Council.
