Description
Six attractive girls from Oxford University to appear in play against Capital punishment: ''Hang Down your head and die'', a play against capital punishment, is to be presented by the Oxford University Experimental Theatre Club on Tuesday, Feb. 11th, at the Oxford Playhouse. The play is undoubtedly the most ambitious production ever undertaken by any university, and its controversial theme of anti-capital punishment is exploited in terms of song, dance, mime, and skit. The Lord Chamberlain's office has restored three of the main cuts. Photo shows the six-girls seen in Oxford today. They are (l to r) Hope McIntyre, 19, Jane Sommerville, 20, Vivien Ault, 20, Susan Solomon, 18, Adde Weston, 19, and Juliet Aykroyd.

Photo measures 10.25 x 8 inches.
