New Sign means no street Traffic at Lunchtime: One of the new signs put up in some streets of central Tokyo showing a crossed spoon and fork and a teacup Beneath, Bans motor traffic during the noon to 1. PM, to allow office workers free use of the streets to and from restaurants without having to Dodge cars. The design is white on a blue background, above which is the 12-13 notice in Japanese. This sign is up in Marunouchi, one of Tokyo's busiest commercial areas.
