LC May Repeat as Track "Stick with the champion" is a good theory for the city high school track league this year as the defending kingpin Lewis and Clark Tigers appear to be good bet to repeat. Coach Art Frey figures his Tigers to be as strong as last year with the exception of the pole vault, where the Tigers lost ace Dave Martin. Frey doesn't flatly predict a championship, but he feels the team has a fine chance.
