Talk Set Charlotte Friel, Washington State University graduate and former Pullman resident, now of New York City, will address the annual Matrix Table banquet of Theta Sigma Phi, women's journalism honorary, at Pullman March 24. The daughter of Coach and Mrs. Jack Friel, she is a corporate information staff member of the Columbia Broadcasting System. The honorary also will honor Pullman's "Woman of the Year," whose nominations are now being accepted.
