Army Spec 5 Gary L Hicks of Spokane wants to assure all those who might have been concerned that he's all right and was never ill while serving in South Vietnam.
For months after arriving in Vietnam last January, he said he kept getting get well soon and I hope you're out of the hospital soon cards.
The 22yr old son of Mr & Mrs Martin G Hicks, E1919 Fourth, explained he was in a hospital in during most of his stay in Vietnam- but that he worked there. He is a former Deacones Hospital Staff, before joining the Army. Photo measures 5 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 12-3-1968.
