Twin conveyances an ambulance and a station wagon and 500 pairs of children's pajamas assembled by members of Mothers of Twin Clubs will start on the first part of their trip to the Hospital Ship "Hope" today. Palmer, Spokane Valley, and Mrs. Isamu G. Tanaka, president, South Side. Dantis Club adopted the project of the ambulance-and in addition the bus as a gift from the citizens of the Inland Empire to the "Hope" which brings medical and dental teachings and help to the people of developing countries. The Mothers of Twins Clubs members responded to an appeal for nightwear for tots treated on the ship in record fashion. The ambulance and the station wagon lettered in both English and Spanish are seen in the background. Photo measures 9.5 x 7.5 inches. Photo is dated 01-24-1967.
