The four-story brick building containing the Wilson Apartments at Third and Wall has been sold by W. Scott Jones and the M.E. Wilson trust to Mr. and Mrs. R.O. Spitzer of Spokane. Spitzer is a painting contractor. The transaction was in the $100,000 class. Robert F. Olsen of F.S. Barrett & Co. represented the purchasers of the structure, which has 41 apartment and two ground floor business tenants. Rogers & Rogers represented the sellers.
