1953 Press Photo W.S. Norman and granddaughter, Mrs. Malcolm Smith of Spokane

W.S. Norman, W644 Seventh, and his granddaughter, Mrs. Malcolm Smith, Nine Mile Falls, look at an invitation sent by Mrs. Smith's great-aunt, Mrs. Frank Rockwood Moore, in 1886. It and other early Spokane items of interest will be shown in the Pioneer room at the antique show in the crypt of St. John's cathedral today, tomorrow and Friday. Mr. Norman, 95, came here in 1884 and was a founder of the Spokane hotel. Photo measures 8.5 x 6.75 inches. Photo is dated 5-20-1953.
