1919 Press Photo Westminster Hall/Central Criminal Courts, where Kaiser Tried

Westminster Hall is now a part of the Houses of Parliament, and has been the scene of trials of Charles I, Warren Hastings, and others. The bottom photo shows the Central Criminal Courts, from which many notorious murderers have been sent to the gallows. British Premier David Lloyd George stated that the ex-Kaiser would be tried in London.
