Carlton K. Marson, chief editorial writer of the Cleveland Press, who along with Louis B. Seltzer, Editor, was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and pay a fine of $500 for an Editorial attack on Common Pleas Judge Frederick P. Walther, Matson in shown being booked at the county jail after being held guilty of contempt of court.
