The third annual "Roaring Wheels" show, a PAL club benefit, will be staged at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Jantzen beach arena. Here Jim Keller, in seat, explains details of midget race driving to Monty Darcy, PAL member. In rear is Ray Elliott, president of Stock Car Racing association, and Joe Macy, assistant director of PAL. Racing, gymnastics and motorcycle stunts are featured. Proceeds will go to finish PAL club building at S.F. 92nd avenue and Harold street.
