Portland's newest grain handling mill, at right, a $10.5 million plant built by Carnation Co., will be dedicated Saturday near Terminal 5. Feed mill plant of the most modern on the nation with a control room that has lower air pressure that outside keep dust emissions down. Above, Ron Fianigan uses computer to mix feeds according to end product desired Control room also handles incoming and outgoing bulk products.
