Description

A gaily painted statue of Vajrasatva, the Buddhist deity symbolizing perfection, stands over the meadow at Yeshe Nyingpo Country Retreat Center. Volunteers are helping to construct center buildings and are studying religious deities with a lama this summer. Retreat center was dedicated in 1980.
