Dr. Cranshaw is a Portland psychiatrist who is immediate past president of the Multnomah County Medical Society. We don't treat animals in the zoo away we treat our prisioners at Rocky Butte. I'm not for taking anything away from the polar bears, but to put three men in a seven by nine-foot cage and leave them there 23 hours a day and call that anything but torture is hypocrisy
