"I was more than a little happy because I will be able to meet the president United States," said Julia Margaret "Peggy" Bodner after her selection as the Oregon winner in a national Bicentennial Writing Competition. She won a $1,000 first prize but said the special bonus would be a meeting with President Reagan.
