Paul Hilton who confessed to being the radio raffles who showed a hankering for radio sets in robbing dozens of homes in Queens County and admitted to the shooting of Detective Chas McCarthy on morning of AApril 6th was captureed as he was about to enter the Polo Grounds todaay by detectives James Pyke Chicquette and William Jackson The detectives were working on a tip that Hilton was ardent baseball fan and were waiting with a rogues gallery photo of the bandit outside the ball park. When the bandit approached they advances on him touching him on the arms Hilton pulled back and attempted to pull a revolver from his inside coat pocket but was quickly disarmed by three detectives Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated 04-13-1926.
