LITTLE TOMMY WEBER, 3, WHEELCHAIR TEMPORARILY FORGOTTEN CHEERFULLY WAVES AN AMERICAN FLAG INTO THE FACE OF A CLOWN DRESSED AS A GIANT MOUSE DURING THE RINGLING BROS BARNUM AND BAILEY CIRCUS' ANNUAL VISIT TO BELLEVUE HOSPITAL APRIL 21.
