Description

Jose Correa, a United Nations Delegate from Equador, watched part of the 154,000 pounds of dried milk being loaded aboard ship on September 9. The milk is being sent to Ecuador for the relief of children who were victims of the August earthquake, by the U.N. International Children's Emergency Fund, which made an on the spot survey of the situation. Photo measures 7.25 x 9 inches. Photo is dated 9-9-1949.
