Heads bared on the Mayor's reviewing stand as an American flag passed by in the St. Patrick's Day Parade, March 17. Over one million New Yorkers watched the pageant in which 80,000 Irishmen took part. Left to right are: Father Lawrence McGinley, President of Fordham University; Mayor William O'Dwyer, of New York City; John J. Sheahan, Parade Chairman; Rev. Patrick A.
