After the Storm -- The was little time, nor inclination, to stop and search any beauty in the storm that paralyzed the Milwaukee area and much of the nation Sunday. Monday, however, was a different story. There was beauty in the wind-swept landscape, even Downtown. Despite the cold, there was no wind to fight, and there was a chance to look around. Lights illuminated the MGIC Plaza at Kilbourn and Water Streets. --- (Disasters - Storms - Snow - Milwaukee - 1982)
