Emergency workers load Robert Bellamy, 58, of Milwaukee, into an ambulance after he was injured Thursday when a scaffold on which he was standing collapsed. Bellamy suffered a dislocated left shoulder and was listed in satisfactory condition at Columbia Hospital. Bellamy and another man were working on the exterior of the Highland Park housing project, 1275 n...when the scaffold collapsed. The other man leaped about 12 feet...roof as the scaffold collapsed and was not injured.
