Search for H-Bombs after American Bomber crashed in Greenland: A search is being carried out by American Air Force teams for four hydrogen bombs aboard a U.S bomber which crashed into ice-covered sea when attempting a emergency landing. The plane, a B-52 bomber, crashed yesterday in Greenland's North Star Bay-seven miles from the American Air Force base at Thule. A statement said B-52 bomber's nuclear weapons were unarmed and thre was no danger of a nuclear explosion. Photo shows View of the North Star inlet where the plane crashed. Picture made during the summer time,showing the inlet with open water and floating ice.
