Founderâs Day Parade Royal Hospital Chelsea â The annual Founderâs Day celebration parade was held at the Royal Hospital, Chelsea today. Field Marshal Sir Gerald Templer was the reviewing officer. Photo Shows: 10 year old Laura Reece pins the Oak Leaf to the coat of the oldest pensioner on parade 93 year old Fred Seers watched by her school friend 9 year old Gail Walters.
