Returning to Normal; Britain's first heart transplant patient, Mr. Frederick West, 45, of Leigh-On-Sea, Essex, enjoys a game of chess with his nurses in his special suited at the National Heart Hosptial, Marylebone, London, today. Mr. West was moved from the theater where the surgery took place three weeks and three days ago, to his new suited yesterday. Mr. West received the heart of Irish born Mr. Patrick Ryan, 26, a carpenter who died following a fall from a London Building site.
