Trial Against The Eight Czechoslovakian Air-plane Hi-Jackers Started In Nuremberg, W. Germany: All the defendants are young people between 19 and 25 years of age. They are three married couples and one engaged couple. Since September 10th, 1970 they have to justify themselves before court at Nuremberg. The offences the Director of Public Prosecutions is accusing them of are deprivation of liberty and intimidation. On June 8th, 1970 they forced the pilot of an air-plane of the type Iljuschi~ 14 which was to fly from Karsbad to Prague to change the course and to land at Nuremberg air-port. Since then the men and the bride have been at imprisonment on remand, the thre wifes hfave been at the alien-camp of Zinrndorf/bavaria. Their request for political asylum in the Federal Republic of Germany has not yet been settled. The VII. Big Criminal Division of the Superior Court Nuremberg-fuerth is the first German court which has to judge on air - piracy. The process is taking place at room 600 of the Nuremberg Superior Court which is the same room where the famous Trial of Nruemberg after the 2nd World war took place.
